Temperatures are already soaring high for the Phoenix metropolitan area, and when it does, more health concerns can start becoming problematic. While for some people summers are synonymous with going out on vacations, spending long hours by the pool, evening barbecues and get-together with family and friends, for others who suffer from migraine. Protect yourself from the sun by wearing large hats and wear dark sunglasses whenever you go outdoors during the daytime. Always carry a large umbrella if you are planning to spend long hours at a ball game or a beach. Winding a wet bandana around the neck is also a good idea to keep yourself cool. Be consistent and regular with your exercise and sleeping routines

Since the days are longer, it could be tough for you to get your kids in bed as per your preference, so your sleep can also get delayed. So, how about fixing a new sleeping schedule for the next few days too? You can then stick to your new sleeping schedule and see how.
