Surprise and Laveen Clinics are Open Longer for Patients

Discover the Convenience of Our Extended Clinic Hours in Surprise and South Phoenix, AZ

Phoenix Family Medical has made some changes to two of our key locations. Our Surprise clinic and our South Phoenix clinic in Laveen, AZ will both be open longer to accommodate both West Valley and South Phoenix residents. This will provide our patients with access to medical care during extended hours.

Our Laveen clinic is the newest addition to our network of Phoenix medical centers. Here you will find the same outstanding level of care and patient services as our pre-existing locations. At this location, we now provide the following services:

Flu Shots

Pulmonary testing (spirometry)

Allergy testing

In-house blood tests and other laboratory services

We extended the hours for our South Phoenix office in order to make our services more convenient for working parents and kids in school. Feel free to book an appointment or walk-in between these new hours:

7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays

8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays

Nestled in the Cotton Lane Professional Center, which is just west of the Loop 303 and Bell Rd, our Surprise, AZ clinic serves many West Valley residents in nearby cities like Sun City, Peoria, El Mirage, and Glendale. Phoenix Family Medical provides a wide array of family clinic services.
