Is The PCP Discount Program an Insurance plan?

The Phoenix Family Medical Clinic Discount Program is Not an insurance plan and does not cover any medical services you and your family members receive outside of our facility. We encourage you to ask about the rates for various services prior to the service being performed.

How Do I sign up for the Discount Plan?

Can I see the entire list of medical fees including clinic procedure, labs and radiology services?

Yes, please ask the front desk to see the entire list of fees to compare member and non-member fees.

Can my employer sign all their employees for this program?

Yes, we encourage small businesses to inquire about and enroll their employees for this discount program.

Will I get discounted rates for Labs, lab tests and radiology services?

Yes, we have negotiated prices with labs and radiology clinics to provide you with the best rates in the market for the services. The discounted rates are included as part of your membership services.
