These are most commonly applied for neck or shoulder pain. There are many musculoskeletal disorders that usually result in muscle spasms and pain due to touch. The most common is known as Fibromyalgia, a condition where your nerves are overactive and indicate pain at the slightest of touch. The new transnasal application we offer helps block the Sphenopalatine Ganglion (SGP), which is located at the end nasal passage, between your sinuses and back of throat. Do not confuse this with the uvula, the node that hangs in the back of your throat. The SGP is home to many neurons, the largest amount in your body apart from your brain.
