Five Ways of Easing Back Pain | Phoenix, AZ Medical Clinic

If you are not exercising your core by doing a good workout in a normal day, then it may get weak in the long run. So make sure that your core gets focus through proper exercising. 3. Heat therapy

There are two major advantages of using a heat pack to your lower back area and these are as follows:

· The sensory receptors in your body get stimulated and restrict the transfer of pain signals to your brain.

· Your blood flow gets stimulated and that in turn sends nutrients to your affected area.

4. Cold therapy

When you use an ice pack on your problem area, it again offers two key advantages.

· The nerve impulses in your body get slowed down and that stop them to generate painful spasms.

· The inflammation gets reduced and this is the biggest issue when you suffer from a back pain.

5. Sufficient sleeping period

When you suffer from pain in your lower back, sleeping is a major problem as the pain can be unbearable at times. When your sleep gets interrupted, staying asleep can be a big problem that can lead to insomnia in the long run. A research has observed that about 2/3rd of the population who suffer from back pain also go through some sort of a sleeping disorder.
