Phoenix Family Medical Expands to Laveen, AZ

Phoenix Family Medical is proud to announce a new walk-in clinic at the intersection of 35th Ave. and Baseline Rd. in Laveen, AZ. It officially opened on September 14, 2015, and you can now book appointments by phone or online!

Because our patient base has grown, we want to help fulfill the healthcare needs of those in South Phoenix, Laveen and surrounding areas. Same-day appointments at our Phoenix medical center will also be offered at our new location, and you have the choice to walk-in for patient care or schedule an appointment online or by phone. Prospective patients can expect the same kind of compassionate care that our other four clinics in Phoenix offer to a wide variety of individuals.

The Laveen family clinic will be spearheaded by our very own Dr. James Evans, MD. We are very excited to work under his leadership for this new facility because he is double board certified in both internal medicine and quality care for a family physician practice. Dr. Evans is valuable to our clinics because he has more than 16 years of medical experience and has been with our clinics since we formed in 2011.

New to our staff is Tanya Minafee, a certified family nurse practitioner, whom our patients will love. She is dedicated to educating others about disease prevention and holistic practices. She is native to Arizona and assists at the Indian School location, as well.

Phoenix Family Medical Clinic is proud to offer affordable healthcare for any economic situation. We work with many major insurance providers as well as those who are uninsured. We also provide health services for those with AHCCCS and Medicare insurance.
